The Referral Process
Interested in referring a patient but not sure if they may be a good fit?
Refer your patient for a free, no-hassle consultation with one of our Patient Care Coordinators where we will evaluate to see if they are a good candidate for TMS or Spravato®, keeping you updated throughout the process.
Your referral
Refer your patient to us, we’ll take it from there
One of our Patient Care Coordinators will contact your patient within 48 hours. They will review your patient’s history and explain the TMS and/or Spravato® treatment process.
We focus on insurance so you don’t have to
Our treatments are covered by most major insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Our Care Coordinator will work with the health insurance provider to determine benefits and explain treatment payment options, including going over standard insurance plan criteria with your patient.
Keeping you updated throughout the process
Pre-assessment
Next, your patient will meet with a Nurowav licensed provider for an evaluation which includes questions about the patients’ history and symptoms.
If our provider determines that the patient is a candidate for TMS or Spravato® and is ready to move forward, they will create an individualized treatment plan.
After treatment
The patient’s process continues
When treatments are finished, we’ll send your patient back to you to continue on.
